1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking a suite, or subscribing to our gastronomy tiffin plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Stay & Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Luxem Hospitality Group.
2. Booking, Rates, & Payments
- Reservation Check-in: Stays are booked on a nightly basis. Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and keycard allocations.
- Standard Inclusions: Room rates include high-speed Wi-Fi, custom in-room workspaces, daily housekeeping, and premium bath amenities.
- Taxes & Fees: All prices quoted online are subject to applicable local taxes and service levies, which will be detailed in your booking summary.
3. Tiffin & Culinary Subscriptions
Our standalone daily tiffin plans (Pure Veg, Royal Shahi Veg, and Fitness Keto Veg) are billed on a weekly or monthly cycle. Subscriptions must be requested via WhatsApp or phone. Pause requests or delivery adjustments must be communicated to the Concierge desk at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds for paused cycles will be applied as credit towards subsequent billing terms.
4. Visual Accuracy & Representational Imagery
To inspire your stay, our online gallery features curated photography, design renderings, and representational imagery showcasing our room layouts, dining aesthetics, and premium amenities. As we continuously upgrade our suites, layouts, fabrics, lighting, and panoramic vistas to keep them fresh and modern, the specific suite allocated to you during your stay might exhibit subtle individual charm and unique layout variations. All room inclusions and luxury standard services remain fully guaranteed to exceed your expectations.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that online photos represent design concepts and suite categories, and that subtle differences in layout, view angles, furniture placement, or room decor do not constitute grounds for refund, compensation, modification, or legal claims against The Luxem Hospitality Group or its affiliates.
5. Guest Code of Conduct
We pride ourselves on providing a peaceful sanctuary for our residents and guests. To ensure mutual comfort:
- Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM.
- Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are allowed in the common lounge and restaurant spaces but must register at the reception desk before entering guest rooms.
- Prohibited Items: Cooking inside suites, keeping pets (unless specified in writing), smoking indoors, and bringing hazardous items into the building are strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate check-out and maintenance penalties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Luxem Hospitality Group, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay, dining services, or the temporary unavailability of amenities. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Safes are provided in each suite for guest convenience.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Stay & Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram.
